I bought MIO C 520 in 2008. I’m from BULGARIA and it was very expensive at this time ( 500 Euro ! ). I bought it because they said it has voice in BULGARIAN (not only the interface). After i bought it , I realised thatthe map for BULGARIA is so poor that even some of the towns with 100 000 people were not OK with the roads. The MIO guided me through the most stupid ways You could go if want to get somewhere. It became, that i know more roads in BG than the stupid device! The same situation in GREECE ! According to the c520 i was in the middle of a corn field and not on one of their main city roads… and so on, and so on.. I expected to get a MAP update until now , but i couldn’t find any update (not for Windows, not for the version of the software, not a singke new map!! ). Please, advise me what to do?

bought a mio moov 200 about 3years back and now it must be charging all the time for it to work.also i will like toknow how i go about updating the mio 200

Bought A Mio C520t in 2007 and 4 years not one single map update. Company has no backup..If you want to feel lost or get lost,get a Mio, because screen will show you driving through feilds most of the time. Mio is just an expensive road atlas.
NEVER BUY A MIO/NAVMAN or any of there products that need updates, because they dont do updates.

Bought a clearance model at Radio Shack. Should have known turned it on it worked one day would not restart. Believe cheap switch culprit but who knows its made in china. Cheap crap do not buy.

I have Mio Moov 400.But i cant find how to updates..its describes only for Germin n it is easy to updates for Germin…Mio is just like a trash.

MIO is the best at giving you the run-around, trying to update the latest map into you Mio GPS. We like our moov300, but any new address is of no use, and roads are changing and no way to update that I can find. I’ll buy a TomTom or Garmin next time. MIO could be a good company, but they’ve chosen not to be. A loser, in the end.

I am in the boat as everyone else here. I bought a C520 in 2007, and it was completely outdated probably before I had received it. Now being in 2011 is 4 years plus outdated and Mio website or Customer Service do NOT offer any available option for updating their products. Since 2009 I have been using my cell phone GPS as it gets updated automatically and free through the cellphone service. I will NOT/NEVER recommend anyone to buy ANY Mio product. This ASHAMED company will not provide any type of FREE or even PAID updates for ANY or ALL of the products they offer and/or sell. Please do yourself a big favor and do NOT EVER buy this brand at all.

This company do not care for their customers after we spend our good money for their products i have been trying to update my mioc320 for three years now and cannot do it and have reached out to mio a few times and got the run around my next step is to contact the BBB to get help in my opinion no one should buy their products because the producs are outdated as soon as you buy them and with no help from the company.

I Teo, I have a Mio C520 GPS and I have a problem with him
Last year, if you can please help me …
I received from a friend, and you have given me
cigarette lighter charger, but it went in GPS support
him, than directly in the camera. I used it without support,
but at a time when you get in the socket (the lighter
car), I show that is connected to the computer and does not
I can do nothing if it goes out of the socket, but not
I still keep the battery. I read on forum that does not work if
charger is not original, but I went! Now
May go suddenly.
