Why is it so hard to get an update for my 610 handheld? I have resorted to Google maps and pen and paper. Truly, customers should not have to endure such poor service. Get your act together or stop selling what you can not support.

This is the most disappointing piece of crap that I have ever spent hard earned money on. I tried to do the best for my family but when a company like mio takes advantage of you, its easy to lose faith in the way a company does business. Its a shame and an embarrassment. Shame on them. They are thieves and I would be in on a class action law suit. Please let me know if one arises. Thx, Leland

I would like to know if there is any costs to updating the latest maps to my C310 Mio Car Navigation.
Where can i go to download these maps and how do i do it.

I purchased a Mio DigiWalker C510 a few years ago and desperately need an update on th map software. The device has worked quite well for me, but it is currently rather ineffective due to the outdated maps, especially since so much has changed in South Africa.
Where can we get the updated maps?
