I really7 like my Mio C220, however I need to update the USA maps, how can I do this? It is also possible to get Canada too? Please advise.

I bought a mio moov 200, The box told me i would be sent an e-mail with the 2009 update at no cost, that was 2008 here we are in 2010 and i can’t even get a hold of anyone at their 800 number.

Sounds like the company is a scam, I have mio c230 digiwalker and I can’t get an update too. I have been tryin for some time too.

Hi please assist i have a MIO 200 and i am looking for the updated maps for South Africa. if i only knew customer service was this bad for the MIO brand i would of rather bought the more popular brands in South Africa like Garmin an Tom Tom.

I just got the Mio Moov M301 and used their “LIVE HELP” needless to say, that’s I found this! site. Searching for MAP UPDATES!!!! Ahhhh, this product has map data that must be 5 years old and yet they claim it’s from 2009 and there are no updates available.
I VOTE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! THIS IS BS!
This GPS shows me in grass fields and jumping highways because its trying to relate to the existing data.
People rely on these for reliablw data, it could cause somebody to get lost or go into headon traffic. Our service roads went one way! HELLO!!!
GOOGLE my fkn area MIO fk I even offered to help if I could, instead the live help gave up after determining no map data would be currently available.
GPS are a luxery item untill they are dependant upon for true and accurate information. Off side or head on collision anyone?

to all that are looking for a battery for there mio’s i found superetrader.co.uk sold me battery for my c510e cost was only £5.10p deliverd may be worth a try battery part number is 10044-938 still looking for map update will post if i ever find one
